How do I get access to MentorAI?
Overview
mentorAI is Syracuse University's AI assistant platform, available to the SU community at https://mentor.ai.syr.edu/ (opens in a new tab). Sign in with your SU NetID. This platform is also branded as Clementine, so you may see these terms used interchangeably.

Sign in with your SU NetID.
Troubleshooting
- If you receive a 502 Bad Gateway error, try logging in in an incognito window or clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
